Montréal consulted in order to improve its Responsible Landlord certification and rent registry project. The goal of this initiative is to make landlords of eight-unit buildings accountable to provide healthy, safe and affordable housing.


Who’s listening?

The Commission sur le développement économique et urbain et l’habitation is the standing committee responsible for this public consultation. The standing committee makes recommendations to the City's elected officials to help them make an informed decision.


Public adoption of standing committee recommendations
