A short walk and visiting day cares

I was recently out walking with my son who is 8 months old. We are currently trying to find a daycare space for him once he turns 12 months which is no easy feat. One of our biggest concerns is finding a place for our son, when there are so few for children aged 12-18 months in the neighbourhood. Additionally, while exploring many of the areas surrounding the daycares, I realized that there are not many parks or green spaces accessible to early childhood within walking distance. This is unfortunate given the importance of exploring the outdoors and spending time outside.
