At the De Maisonneuve West and McGill College intersection

In preparation for the construction of the future REM station McGill, the public utilities (sewer, water main, telecommunications network) located on De Maisonneuve West, at the McGill College Avenue intersection, must be relocated. Preparatory work is necessary in order to preserve existing facilities. The relocation work, which began on October 1, is being extended through October 12 and will be carried out in the daytime between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. This work cannot be interrupted while it is being completed. Therefore, schedules may be extended in order to complete the work.

Thereafter, relocation work will generally take place on weekends. To speed up work and minimize the impact on the sector, work blitz periods will take place during the day and night. The weekends on which this work will take place are:

- From Friday, October 12 (after the evening rush hour) to Tuesday, October 15 (before the morning rush hour)
- From Friday, October 19 (after the evening rush hour) to Monday, October 22 (before the morning rush hour)

All businesses and office towers will remain accessible during the work, as will the Montréal Eaton Centre parking lot and loading dock.
