Parc Jeanne-Mance and Côte Placide form an entity located at the doorstep of downtown, at the foot of Mount Royal and at the crossroads of three boroughs: Plateau-Mont-Royal, Ville-Marie and Outremont.

Parc Jeanne-Mance, east of Avenue du Parc, is appreciated for its rows of mature trees, its unifying lawns and its varied sports facilities offering an unobstructed view of the mountain.

Côte Placide, west of Avenue du Parc, is a very popular place for its vast, gently rolling area and winding trails that gradually lead us to the heart of the mountain.

As the site is a symbol and a major attraction within the city's landscape, the constant pressure to develop its spaces is very strong, not to mention its aging facilities. In order to plan and develop the site without completely altering it, the city is currently developing a Master Plan for Côte Placide and Parc Jeanne-Mance. To approve its content at key stages of its design, the city consults associations and the public through a consultation process in which you are invited to participate!
