Vision Newman: A Living Environment to Be Created Together

As a follow-up to the planning of Quartier Angrignon Est and Ouest in 2010 and the resulting revitalization of real estate in that area, the Borough of LaSalle has undertaken to collectively reflect on the future of boulevard Newman. The objective is to develop an ambitious, unifying and integrated vision for the redevelopment project.
There are many challenges involved: greening and sustainable development, user-friendliness and safety of mobility options, land development and parking facilities, commercial vitality and signage are just a few of the concerns that will be the focus of the discussions.
Along with the rehabilitation projects on boulevard Newman, the Borough also wants to develop a vision for the development of the parks in the Quartier Angrignon Ouest sector. Since this sector is a key component of the redevelopment of boulevard Newman, the development of parks will make it a pleasant, diversified and complete living environment.
