The Namur-Hippodrome Master Land Use and Development Plan is a planning document that presents Montréal's vision for the future of the Namur-Hippodrome neighborhood. It is the result of several years of study, analysis and consultation. The document, aimed at all people who want to know more about how this future living environment is being developed, is a social contract with the population.

Montréal has set ambitious goals for the Namur-Hippodrome neighbourhood and aims to create an inclusive, resilient and carbon-neutral living environment. The city is currently conducting a public consultation process in order for the Montréal community and people who spend time in the area to share their thoughts about the Namur-Hippodrome Master Plan.

This questionnaire will help the city improve the Namur-Hippodrome Master Land Use and Development Plan before its final adoption.

PART 1: YOUR CURRENT EXPERIENCE

The future Namur-Hippodrome neighborhood is located in Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, near the Décarie interchange (highways 15 and 40) and the emblematic Orange Julep.

It is one of the main components of the Namur-De la Savane planning sector. The Namur-Hippodrome neighborhood is composed of the former racetrack site and the grounds around the Namur metro station.
