IDEAS TO SHARE

In order to better meet the needs of the residents of Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, the borough is working on a strategic plan for the coming years.

CDN-NDG’s strategic plan, which is in line with the Montréal 2030 strategic plan, focuses on residents’ quality of life. This new strategic plan has four themes:

  1. Social
  2. Environmental
  3. Economic
  4. Public participation

Within each theme, there are four results that consist of targets to be met by the borough.

Before we get to work, we want to hear from you about the proposals planned in your neighbourhood for the next three years. What results should be prioritized? Do the themes respond to the reality of your neighbourhood?

Take the survey until August 14!

The survey on CDN-NDG’s Strategic Plan wrapped up on August 15. For 65 days, borough residents were asked to share their expectations concerning the proposals set out in the plan.

In addition to the survey, an information session was held virtually with Borough Mayor Gracia Kasoki Katahwa and the borough’s partners. Our teams also took part in a pair of local events aimed at informing residents about the plan. Some 1,431 people visited the Making Montréal project page.

All the comments and suggestions received led to changes being made to the plan before its adoption at the borough council meeting on October 6.

We invite residents to view the CDN-NDG Strategic Plan. The desired outcomes for 2025 and 2030 specify the areas where the borough is taking action to improve its neighbourhoods.

Thank you for getting involved in support of your neighbourhood.
